Pipe Fittings & Flanges Chart

Dimensions, weights, bolting and pressure ratings for flanges, elbows, tees, crosses, reducers, end caps, stub ends and socket-weld fittings — NPS ½" to 24", per ASME B16.5, B16.9 and B16.11.

About this calculator

Pipe fittings and flanges — dimensions and weights in one place

Why We Included a Pipe Fittings & Flanges Chart on the VERCHO Website

At VERCHO Engineering Solutions, our objective is not limited to supplying electrical and mechanical products. We also aim to provide practical engineering resources that can be useful to engineers, consultants, contractors, fabricators and maintenance teams.

Every piping system is joined with the same family of parts — flanges for bolted, removable joints, elbows to change direction, tees and crosses to branch, reducers to change size and caps to close a line. Their dimensions, bolting and weights are fixed by ASME B16.5, B16.9 and B16.11, but checking them usually means searching through several tables.

Our Pipe Fittings & Flanges Chart puts them in one place, from NPS ½" (DN 15) to NPS 24" (DN 600), with a product view and a dimension key for every fitting.

How Is This Relevant to VERCHO?

VERCHO supplies MS & SS pipes, pipe fittings, flanges and fasteners — the weld neck and slip-on flanges, elbows, tees, reducers and the nut bolts and studs that hold them together. Knowing the flange thickness, bolt circle, number and size of bolts, and the weight of each fitting helps us quote accurately, supply matching bolting and plan dispatch.

It also helps avoid the most common mismatches: ASME Class flanges do not bolt to EN 1092-1 or IS 6392 PN flanges in most sizes, and fittings must be ordered to the same outside-diameter series and schedule as the pipe.

What the Pipe Fittings & Flanges Chart Covers

  • ASME B16.5 flanges — Weld Neck, Slip-On, Blind, Socket Weld, Threaded and Lap Joint in Class 150, 300 and 600, with flange OD, thickness, raised face, hub, bore, bolt circle, bolts and weight.
  • ASME B16.9 butt-weld fittings — 90° long and short radius elbows, 45° elbows, 180° returns, equal tees and crosses, concentric and eccentric reducers and pipe caps.
  • Stub ends — long pattern (ASME B16.9) and short pattern (MSS SP-43) for lap-joint assemblies.
  • ASME B16.11 socket-weld fittings in Class 3000 and 6000.
  • Pressure–temperature ratings for carbon steel, SS 304 and SS 316 flanges.
  • Weights in carbon steel, LTCS, SS 304, SS 316, duplex and Cu-Ni, in mm / kg or inch / lb.
  • A selection guide for flange types, facings and material specifications, with engineering notes for every fitting.
  • PDF report with the product view, dimension key, full table and notes, and the VERCHO header on every page.

Why Have We Included This Tool?

VERCHO is not only a supplier of industrial products; we aim to support engineers and project teams with practical engineering resources. This chart works together with our pipe size & weight chart and bolt torque calculator for flange bolting.

Dimensions are nominal values per the ASME standards; fitting weights are calculated and approximate. This chart is intended as a preliminary engineering reference and should not be considered a substitute for the current edition of the standard, manufacturer data or your project specification.

At VERCHO, we believe that product knowledge and engineering understanding should go together. We aim to continue developing useful technical resources alongside our growing range of electrical and mechanical products.

VERCHO — BUILT BEYOND.
